Not sure how much longer I can hang on.

Today has been a bad day.  The pain has just been incredibly bad and having my son on my mind heavy today.  We've got a chance of snow tonight and it reminds me that the holidays are getting closer and I don't know how I will get through without my son being with us.  For the last five weeks, I have been in constant 24/7 pain.  I simply cannot do anything.  All I do is sit on the couch.  I get up and go to work, luckily driving a bus isn't hard.  But I have so much pain.  I know it sounds crazy, but I'm ready to just blow my brains out.  What's the point of living when I can't do anything?  Not only do I have to have surgery for my back, but my neck too.  From the first wreck I had one month after my son passed.  I just can't take it anymore!

I\'m sorry you\'re in so much pain...physically and emotionally.

Life is hard and sometimes it beats us up really, really bad. BUT, somehow, miraculously, we can get to a place of calmness within the storm. You CAN do this. It sucks that you have to, but you CAN do it!

There is ALWAYS a point to living!

Please hang on...hold on...and know we are here and we care.

I\'m SO sorry that you are in such pain as that does compound your grief.

Please hold on as Teri has said and you can do it. Just one tiny baby step at a time and coming here for lots of compassion and hand holding.

Prayerful for some answers for relief of your physical pain and there is understanding here that cannot be found too many other places about the loss of your son. We are a community of sisters of the heart who truly \"get it\" and so wish that none of us did, yet we do...

Loving care and prayers coming your way. YOU matter!

So much going on for you and I know it is hard...but it could be different tomorrow. Surely they can find a way to relieve some of your pain. Grieving the loss of a child takes so much energy, so please give yourself time. I agree with Joanie and Teri...you must take it a moment at a time, but somehow we make it. And, in time you find ways to enjoy life again. Love and hugs...Karen
