Not sleeping?

i can just never seem to go to sleep at night. It's been going on for about, maybe alittle over a week. I thought maybe it was because I was taking my Xanax at night before bed so I haven't taken it the past two nights and I'm still not sleeping. I've tried staying up all day and then tried laying down at night and taking Benadryl but still no sleep. I don't know what to do anymore. I stay up and start thinking and crying and it just sucks. I miss my old life. I miss my foot. I miss my job.
