not really an update

For all my friends that I haven't kept up with, I am truly apologetic. Life ha taken over in a good sense. I am working now with Kindergarteners. They are running my legs off. Of course, it feels great to be able to do that. I amdefinitely stuck at a plateau with weight loss. I am feeling accomplished and excited though. This weekend we went to Knotts Berry Farm and I rode Ghost Rider. The first Rollercoaster in years. I was walking on cloud nine. Nothing is more of an affirmation than doing something that has been on the I can't list for years. Love everyone, I am proud of all my friends, and Thank you for being here for me.
