You don't want to give me your list of matters to upload into the new system? Fine--your firms won't have anything to bill against & you'll have to create them manually yourself.
 
You won't get the information required to get the licenses that you want? Fine--you will not have them on time and will have to either: a) cease operations until they are in place or b) operate without the licenses.
 
You don't want to see a doctor about your physical problems? Fine--don't complain to me about them; I'm not a doctor. Suck it up & move on.
