Not great.

Up and down weekend.  Got very little done.  Food was incredibly bad and no exercise.  Felt tired and blah.  I am worried as I had another dizzy episode yesterday.  I am going to try to remember to take my vitamins/vitamin D/calcium supplements regularly and see if that takes care of the issue.  Need to schedule appt with dr.  I ate another donut yesterday AM and then felt nauseous and ate 1/2 peanut butter sandwich before going to movie theater yesterday at 1pm.  Started feeling dizzy before I left.  By the time I sat down in movie theater, I felt like I was going to pass out.  It was bad.  And scary.  5 minutes into the movie and I just panicked like I was not going to make it.  Somehow I started deep breathing and trying to focus on the movie and for the most part, it passed.  I did feel a little dizzy on the way home and then just sat in recliner for a few hours, ate sandwich, and took my vitamins.  I felt better.  Is this perimenopause symtom?  Vitamin D deficiency symptom?  Something worse?  not even related to driving anymore and the stress isn't as bad so it is not being onset by a stress episode.   But it gets scary when my heart starts to race and I feel like I am going to pass out.
Prince of Persia was a great movie.  We ordered new appliances for kitchen and my brother is coming for final measurements for new cabinets, hopefully tonight.
I am also feeling very unmotivated and unfocused.  Not sleeping well.  David is home from school and did not get into that one camp.  House is a mess.  Paul found ants in the living room this AM and David left a mess.  Gotta find something for this kid to do besides eat, play video games and watch movies all day.  Very hot and humid all weekend and today.  So not really a good day to be outside playing anyway.  Paul is also home and just in a bad mood.  Between the radio, the tv, David, Paul...  Crazy.
3 more of Paul's friends lost their jobs.  7 more people gone from my office as of last week including a dear friend of mine.
I just have to get my mojo back somehow.  I want to feel normal again.

Paul is now freaking out. Ants are everywhere in the living room and we are finding cookie crumbs under the area rug. Ugh! I keep telling this kid he is not allowed to eat in there for that reason! Last week I found wrappers all stuffed in my sofa cushions!

For the ants put out some cornmeal - they can not digest it, they take it back to the nest and the DIE!...you should see quite a few less ants within a couple of days.
Is there something interesting at the Y for David this summer? Maybe something to volunteer at a zoo or musuem.
Your dizzy spells might be panic attacks...sounds like what my daughter was going through. Get thee to the doctor soon! Take care of yourself.

I am so sorry on the stress. It\'s been tough for me, today is another Day 1 :-), we never give up though! Do your best! I know what you mean, I tell Jimmy over and over not to eat in the living room, only the kitchen - when do they understand that??? The other day the dog got his fruit cup - ha ha. It was funny cuz he was wondering where it went...... That is so hard when so many out of jobs. I\'m having a tough time finding a new job at the new place. Have till middle of Aug when Jimmy starts school to sell our house and find a closer job................. Ugh! Hang in there and hope things get better soon!!!!

sounds very much like a panic attack to me Yvette...and yes, stress definitely will bring those on. As far as perimenopause goes symptoms can vary although I don\'t recall lots of dizzy spells...maybe a few brief ones I ignored.
Sorry things are so stressful for you at home, with work and with trying to find a place for David over the summer.
I\'m sorry to hear about more layoffs...and with my husband and your husband being out of work the idea of MORE layoffs and not MORE HIRING going on it is very frightening. I just heard on the Q.T. that Delmarva unions are about to go on STRIKE! That ain\'t good for anyone!
Hang in there Yvette...soon something has got to give.
((((HUGS))))
Love ya!

Sorry things aren\'t going well. Stress can do a number on you. We had the ants too, but luckily Matt sprayed under the house and they are gone. Sorry to hear about the layoffs, I think it\'s tough for everyone. Hang in there! Stay positive and strong! We are here for you!

I\'m a bit late in reading this. Hope you have the cabinets all picked out.
What did you do about the ants.
Hope the dizzy spells are gone.
Would David take Kona for walks during the day?
Can you bribe him/ Like clean your room and make sure to clean the dishes you use and put them away .. for this i will pay you $$$$ at the end of the week. (or give you back the privileges you lost) do you think this will work?

Did you sign david up to the Y?
