Not going to get any sleep

My mother got out of bed at 1:00 am and into her wheelchair and started wheeling around the house, for no good reason, and my girl came in and woke me up. Groggy, I went to check out what was going on, and my mother was saying "I don't know what I'm doing", and wheeled all over the house, until I checked her bed, and found that she had wet her bed.
Well, I changed her into her nightgown (she had refused to change earlier, when she went to bed), and changed down the bed, as best I could (despite the genuiine pain that I was in at the time) so that she could go back to bed. I changed her diaper (Ewwww), and got her back into bed.
OMG!
I am going to speak to the visiting nurse today, and to her doctor tomorrow because I don't think that I will be able to take proper care of her even if I can arrange for quite a bit of help. If I can get the paperwork done for the VA benefits, she should be able to get into somewhere decent, but I have to be sure that she is somewhere better than where she was.
They did not seem to have any idea what was going on with her, and I have to be able to find somewhere where they will be able to care for her better than that. Whenever I spoke to the social worker or doctor there they immediately transferred me to the financial person who demanded fistfulls of money in order for her to stay.
But several things about the place were just wrong. When I got her medication from them, they have her medication that I can tell she doesn't need, and if I can tell, why the hell can they not? None of the medication matches the medication that her primary care doctor had her on, and this is a problem as well.
Also, I have no idea how I am going to get her to her doctors tomorrow, because I am not going to go through that again in the garage. I must find a way to transport her until I can arrange for her to be transported, or get a handicap ramp installed.
She's slipping away, and I need to figure out what is going to be best for her. That may be some sort of facility, and I have to check that out, but I need to make sure that she will be cared for if she goes into one, and not treated as she was in the place that she was in; provided such a place exists.
