Not doing too well today

Today started out like any other.  Stiff and sore, with pain mixed in, but had things to do, nothing to strenuous.  Took my hubby to Dr.  Scheduled his hip surgery for the 30th, then came home fixed lunch, and got hi. Off to work.  Me on the other hand decided I wanted to sort clothes in the closet, and get rid of some things.  I was working, and finally thought I need to rest a bit.  I sat down and went into spasms in my ,middle back clear around ,y ribs.  I could nuot breathe, especially take a deep breath, and the pan would take my breath.  I do not take pain ,eds during the day, but today I did.  ,y son fixed dinner, so thankful to him, I love him so much.  Anyway, a couple hours later took my nightly meds, and still no relief.  I may have to go to ER tonight.  I will give myself a couple more hours and see what happens.
