Not doing so well.

I wish I had better news but I don't I only worked out one time last week. I did 2miles with HIIT training. I would have worked out more but I spent most of last week sick. My husband and I did however walk about 2 miles around the lake today. I'm not going to give up next week is a brand new week. One day at a time. I didn't put it on in a day and I am certainly not going to take it off in a day.

I\'m sorry you were sick. I\'m going through withdrawal from my pain meds and anxiety med but I think starting a exercise program tomorrow will help. Can I ask what HIIT training is? I\'m going to start with my trampoline, punching bag, bicycle, and weights. Hugs for you!!

Taking it one day at a time is the only way to think about it. I\'m sure if you keep walking you will start to see results. Losing weight is hard, but with God\'s help and the support of your family I\'m sure you can do it. Have a good day.
