Not doing good today.....

I am so tired today. I have heart burn for the last 2 weeks and it wont go away.  I am tired of having to pee all the time.  poeple are just pissing me of at work.  I cant sleep food is not agreeing with me today.  I just feel like I have been run over by a truck. I am itching all over.  I hate this shit.
