Congratulations. It takes a lot not to let our anger out on others. Its a sign of growth. The first few months after Frank died I yelled at almost everyone, including myself. Its a great goal and looks like you are doing great.
people that know me know that i don\'t keep anything back and i do not store anything .maybe the guys at work are just playing nice around me most of the time.
