Not A Good Feeling

When the unexpected pain and unwelcomed onslaught of tears bring about the pysiological response of "fight or flight", I feel this:
Give me anything any drug any kind of anaesthetizing anything to take away this feeling or please for the love of pete hit me HARD over the head with a hammer
