:- ( Not a good day here!

 
Today is not being a good day by far!
 
My chest hurts and aches and breathing is a little harder.
The temperature is up again today and so is the humidity which I think is causing a lot of my
problems. Since I didn't sleep last night, I am overly tired today which is probably not helping
anything either.  
 
GD has VBS tonight if we get back in time. I have to go get my labwork done plus drop off
son & crew, and other errands.  I am just going to have to take it easy whether anyone likes
it or not.
 
I just want to go to bed and stay there but know that is not an option. It is days like today
that really suck and bring me down. I just hope I can adjust and deal with the heat as we 
have a lot of things planned for GD that will require me to be out in the heat....swim lessons, 
softball games,etc.
