There are many seats around the restaurant, both the indoor and outdoor. I would say that the place has good ventilation, so don't worry about being too sweaty. Sometimes you might need to share table with others, depending on the crowds. Grapes come from Love Ranch, 35 miles south of Yosemite national park.
A community where the family can grow and celebrate life. • Promising growth potential - Near emerging growth areas, namely the Woodlands Regional Centre and the Seletar Aerospace Park which provides healthy tenant pool for promising rental income. I think this is one of the few places up North that is worth traveling for! So i would visit again to try more of the dishes for Tze Char too. Do avoid weekends after 5pm, if not prepare to queue at least mins.
This new condo project sits at the former Serangoon Ville HUDC in Serangoon North Avenue 1, which was sold en bloc in July 2017. Avenir’s price is higher than other high-end condominiums in the same district, e.g., Martin Modern and Riviere. Riviere, launched in May 2019, consists of 455 suburban units, with an opening price of $2580 per square foot, and Marting Modern, launched in July 2017, has 450 suburban units, with an opening price of $2,300.
Meanwhile, One-North Eden is just a 5-minute and 7-minute walk from the Buona Vista and one-north stations respectively. The Buona Vista station is also an interchange station between the Circle and East-West Lines.
