Normal!?
Well, one word to say..... FINALLY. Ear, throat, head, etc all normal today. No swelling, no pain, no vertigo. No nausea. My appointment cancelled for today. Did some cleanup work. David got off to school, no problem. No blow ups, etc. this evening. (I think the PBJ while Paul and I were eating Prime Rib last night did it.) I am a little stressed about going on vacation (and yes, the trip is still on, sheesh!) I am a little stressed about packing and getting work done but not shut down. I am not working OT tonight. I did go to my Health Circle at the Y, but it was only me, 1 other woman and the facilitator, so was kind of shame. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, 3.6 mph walking. No weights. Will get those started back up again when I get back. Prednisone is done as of yesterday. I will deal with the eating when I get back as well. Making my packing list now.
The good news: I am an Aunt again! My SIL just had a baby this AM. Lucia. Pronounced Loo-CHEE-ah. 8 lbs 7 oz. She is adorable! My brother's son, Rian, is 4. He was kind of hoping for a baby brother. He is my doll baby too.
When I come back, I am getting back on track with a vengeance. Going out and getting all this out of my system now. There is a work out gym in the hotel where we are staying. So I will focus only on getting 10,000 steps a day for now and add the rest when I come back.
