No temptation yesterday or today

I had a basketball tournament near Hershey this weekend, and I had no desire to drive to the casino. In the past I would have driven there in a heartbeat and I probably would have been late for my games or not have shown up at all. It is actually a great feeling finding other things to do to keep me busy (like writing in my journal). I am so grateful to have the support of the people from DS. I could just kick myself for not joining sooner. I looked at the forum several times but I could not bring myself to join. I am so glad that I am a member of this forum now. Before I used to absolutely, positively say that there is no way that I will join GA, now I am rethinking my position on that as well. It might be great to have that extra support over the summer because I relapsed a few times last summer.
