No progress.
As you can all see my belly is still just as fat when wearing the same shirt. I have made no progress. This just proves to me that healthy eating does not work and so I don't really give a fuck about myself anymore. I look like a fat piece of shit and people have told me they see my belly too so I know it's not just ED. I really am fat.

Ur not fat! Hugsxo! Ill talk with u sn hopefully i hope ur doing ok despite ed really gtn to u atm!
ok, i hope to talk to you later about this if that\'s ok with you, but to me your belly does look smaller in this picture than it did before. not that it makes much of a difference because IT IS NORMAL TO HAVE A BELLY. women who don\'t look like starved little children have them. it\'s part of BEING a woman. what\'s really worrying to me is that you are focusing in on this one part of your body so much, and have actually decided to not \'give a fuck about myself anymore\" because of that. that\'s what sounds so, so much like ED to me. big hugs and i hope you find some peace around this soon.
I agree with smallgirl. And maybe you should just get rid of the shirt! I have som,e shirts that make me feel poochier than others and I just don\'t wear them! No matter how healthy we eat there are always going to look a little different on a daily basis. I have my skinny day shirts and my fat day shirts!!!!
Tell me. Do these people who see your belly tell you that you are fat? I\'ll be surprised if you tell me \'yes\'.
Healthy eating means just that. It\'s good for your health. It sounds like you are or were eating healthy only because you thought it would make you lose weight. Your weight isn\'t the only thing that decides whether or not you\'re healthy.
If you start purposely eating less than is truly healthy, it is bad for you in ways that don\'t show on the outside. A lack of food is not good for your heart, your brain, your immune system, or for anything really.
And bulimia does terrible damage over time.
I don\'t think you see yourself as you really are but, even so, I don\'t think you should let the opinions of those around you define your self worth, either.
I think if every single person in the world told you that you\'re skinny, you would feel relieved but would still see yourself as fat. And if you were feeling pretty good about yourself, all it would take is one person saying you\'re fat to make you feel anxious and worried.
The \'fat\' that you see is sad enough, but I feel terrible that you are feeling like a \'piece of shit!!!\'
No way!!! Not in this Universe, not in this lifetime!!! You\'re actually beautiful and talented and smart and also very wise!!!!
But I get that you feel how you feel. I\'ve felt that way myself.
I hope you feel less depressed very soon!!! (((((Hugs)))))
I do not by any means think that your stomach is fat. However, remember that when \'recovering\' from ED, the weight initially tends to go to the stomach and only over time distributes inself more evenly over the body. Please try and look at your beautiful face and all your other talents. You are NOT a \'fat piece of shit\'. Please don\'t give up.
