no more alcohol
hi all,well l,m 58 days sober today,l am also going through metapause so it's been a bit of a ride,but l'm now on my way ,no more alcohol for me,even if it's hard,l am happy to say no more heartburn,yay!! Hot flashes are minimal now,but l still don,t sleep great,that l have to work on,l'm happy to be sober now,clear headed!!

Hello all well lm a year and 4 months sober now.All is great.l left my job at canada post.l retired early and l do hair at home.lts been alot better on my body and looks since l quit drinking.life will treat us well if we take care of ourself.l am out of my job dince end of december.way better for me.my son is getting engaged on wed. So happy for him.life is good!!
