no more alcohol
hi all,well l,m 58 days sober today,l am also going through metapause so it's been a bit of a ride,but l'm now on my way ,no more alcohol for me,even if it's hard,l am happy to say no more heartburn,yay!! Hot flashes are minimal now,but l still don,t sleep great,that l have to work on,l'm happy to be sober now,clear headed!!
