No judicial release

Well I just checked and from one county my daughter's judicial release request was overruled.  Grrrr.  She needs to be home to get medical care and this is costing me a fortune!  grrrr.  I really dont need anymore disappointments.  My sister passed away Sunday and now this.  Also my daughter did not get the colonoscopy and GED she was supposed to get.  They have in her medical file that she did get the procedure.  What are they thinking.  Do they not know that they did not take her there!  Get your head out of the sand and see what you are doing!!!!!!! On a good note she has started school and is enjoying it.  One hour a day 5 days a week.  She is taking a GED class.  She has her homeschool diploma but thought it best to get her GED also.  I think so too.  Now we are waiting to hear from the other county.  But she still has to be there for 6 more months not matter what.

Fairfield county has set up a hearing! excited and scared at the same time. She hasnt been home clean in so long. She\'s been an addict for so long that both of us are concerned. She said she doesnt know how to live on the outside clean without some of the people that were in her life are gone. She has family and good friends for support.

That\'s great news that they set up a hearing after all. She can be ok, with your support and everyone else\'s that is positive in her life. She will see without those people she used to hang out with, life can be good. You can show her a better way. Sure you should be concerned, but at the same time be optimistic. Maybe showing her other ways to enjoy life will work out.
