no instructions

my parents always said I wasn't born with an instruction manual. Because I had cerebral palsy , being the good parents they were they always listened to doctors and educators. I was labeled retarded until I was 17 years old this is because of severe visual impairment and dyslexia. I went on to graduate from college with a degree in special education somehow.I would still lacking certain skills don't ask me what skills because I'm not sure what. they are. And as I parents have gotten older and are unable to care for themselves let alone me. I am realizing they left me with no instruction book either. Sometimes I am very afraid and hesitant to go forward for fear of falling on my face and making a giant mistake. I hope someone finds something important in this journal entry.
