No hugs

Fighting with everyone I guess.  Can't get anyone to listen to me at all.
At work I am the manager, had a employee cheat on a district level contest when I told my office others would cheat, but we would not.  We came in Second and she won an individual award.  Still debating turning her in.  Asked the receptionist to please take some trash all the way to the dumpster.  She will empty trash cans, but won't walk to the dumpster so specifically told her to take it to the dumpster.  She left it at the back door again.  Asked another employee to call their clients last week.  She didn't.  Evidentally was crocheting in the office all day Saturday when I was off.  Of course the big focus of our managers meetings was not having clients "on hold".  If she had done hers we would have looked really good at the meeting.
 
Came home to a computer virus, a 21 year old kid telling me I need to check on his guinea pig more to make sure he is drinking all right and that the cage isn't dirty enough to clean (its been 10 days) and yelling at me because I won't help him with anything.  Gee when I reserved the park for his wedding, set up the photographer and contacted someone about the cake all in the last week.
 
Then asked my youngest to clean up in the living room and tried to point out specifically what I wanted and he just kept saying stop stop stop I will do it, stop telling me every little thing.  I went to bed in tears.  Got up this morning to see he didn't pick up at least two of the items I mentioned.  I get told all the time I am vague and need to give better instructions cause people don't understand what I want, but when I break it down they just get mad at me for micromanaging.  I cant win.
Told my son he didn't do a good job of picking up last night and that he was mean to me when I was just trying to explain what I wanted and so he refused to hug me good bye.  What a great way to start my day.  More tears.
