Tuesday I made the mistake of buying a Visa card at walmart, with 20 dollars on it, as a birthday gift---with Visa having a lot of fees, so it amounts to 15 dollars?

   Later in the day I bought a Bluebird card, which is what I wanted to buy, cause almost no fees; put 20 dollars on it.

   Gave both to a friend in building where I live, with hours later she complaining about both, cause she can't use such cards to pay off her own credit card she owes money on, with her walking away from me when I nicely told her the cards are still money to spend.

   This added to her owing me about $200 dollars, and she 4ever giving money to tv evangalists.
