NInth Dose
Took ninth dose last night. Still no obvious changes, although I think I handled my husband being out of town very well. No sleep problems, no bumps in the night. Keeping up with the kids and getting lots done. Have had some nausea the past 5 days. It is not bad enough to be sure its a bug and not something else. L hand seems litlte mor tingly but still totally functional. A little heart burn when I lie down as well. Not pregnant so I'm wondering if it is the LDN. I started taking my dose a little after 10pm now.

slight nausea ? that\'s possible, some people have reported that when first starting, should dissipate soon.
I\"m thinking now the nausea was due to the high dose magnesium supplement I was taking. I cut back on it and it seems to be gone.
