? nightmares?

Last night as I was waiting for sleep, I kept thinking about Michael.  I seen to re-live the day Tara found him on the couch not looking good. She called me and I rushed over to their place.  I saw him, he didnt have a pulse, I did CPR till the fire dept got there.  I seem to go over this sceen alot its like watching a bad movie over & over.  I thought it would go away after a few months but it has come back. Its like post tramatic stress syndrome.  I think.  I try to see his smile above all... tearssssssssssssss

I think we all have those times of reliving the moments that are most painful. I hope you found Michael\'s smile.

I know how you feel, about those last moments with your son... I had to do the same as you (CPR). I cannot go there...When I do the Pain is just as deep, as if it just happened...It takes along time to learn how to live without our boys...The second year was the worst for me...The 3rd year is when I felt a big change in myself...It just happens, Right out of no-where. You will be OK, Promise!! Hang in there! Love & Hugs, Kelly
