Nightmare

This is the worst about this problem. Waking up in a wet bed. I have leaked as obviously wet heavy in the night . Just changed myself and the sheets and now back in bed . I'm not ashamed to say I am crying a little. I hate this problem. It's the fact I have no control over it and it can happen anytime, any place . I really feel down today as I know I shouldn't as there are people much worse off then me. In sorry
