Night terrors & Panic Attacks
I wanted to start this topic on the general bi-polar discussion board, yet this computer and it's restrictions (ward computer) won't let me.
So I am interested - how many people have suffered with night terrors and panic attacks from being a child of growing up to develop them later?
I've always had them but not known them as such until I came across the definition. I'd have night terrors where I'd wake up in sweats screaming and have either monsters chasing me or I'd been falling apart as a person (all my bones dis-esembling). Anyone else have anything to share?
