Night of Tuesday 4/14

Took meds at 10, took a bath. Turned out lights and read starting at 11:20. Book down at 12:15 and didn't fall right to sleep. Got up to use inhaler, then back to bed and asleep. 
Still taking 1 ami at night. Slept through the night, but not rested at 6. Reset to 8 and slept fitfully in that time. Dreaming of Bojangles biscuits. Mmmm
At work at nine and mostly functional.
