Next Up: IVF!
We had our IVF consultation appt today and I think it went pretty well overall. Of course, the part where we hear the realistic stats wasn't too pleasant, but it's nothing we didn't already know. 5-15% chance *SIGH* We also found out about insurance coverage and our out of pocket will still be more than we can really afford, but not as bad as it could be. We are taking this cycle off and going to begin next month (since I already missed bloodwork and monitoring on day 3 and my insurance won't cover anything if I don't have an FSH panel to show for on day 3, ugh). I'm a flood of emotions right now, which is not surprising. And I'm exhausted, it's been a long week and sometimes I wonder if maybe I'm kidding myself at my age trying to have a baby. But, I know I have to try so ready or not....IVF here I come.....

Right there with you......chances are slim, makes me sad and sick, but still trying! Hoping we both end up in the Guinness Book this year! LOL XOXO
I\'m with you. I think my odds are 20% and that\'s with 0 coverage except my wallet which as you know just sucks!!! Hope that you get your BFP---it happens so let the odds be out the window and 2013 be lots of ++ news.
i heard they got a 49 year old woman pregnant this year. you can do it! at least you are trying!
It\'s true. If you don\'t try, you\'ll wonder forever. The odds aren\'t zero, so don\'t give up hope! I know waiting a month can stink, too. We had to do that because our timing was off as well, but it all worked out in the end. Best of luck to you!

it takes a very strong person....you cn do this!! You\'ll never know if you don\'t try, go for it :-)
Take a deep breath, you still have time to sort things out! Please don\'t pay to much attention to those man maid %\'s, you are more than numbers and charts and %\'s don\'t take luck or the miracle aspect of BFP\'s into account so to hell with them!! It is always worth a try!!!
