Next Step
The home inspection is today. We will meet at 3:00 to discuss the inspector's findings. According to the bid contract, this is the step which finalizes the bid. If the inspector's report checks out, the finalization process begins. If not, back to the house hunt. I am shooting for the objectivity which makes either conclusion okay.
Oh-h-h-hm-m-m-m. . . All is as it should be.

The guit-chi remains severly blocked. I am still attempting to use the blockage as a learning aid. The music adage, "You don't get to sound good until you are willing to sound bad" is highly relevant in the process of learning/writing new tunes. Time and patience required to bring all the variables into alignment. Instead of forcing my way through the blockage to reach what I already know, mastering new material keeps the chi flowing without undue pain. At least, that's my theory and I'm sticking to it. For now, at least. Works in progress. . .

best of luck!!! might want to ask how old septic tank is...check floor in basement for little round holes....termite drilling...don't know where you are, but in ct septic has to be emptied prior to sale...
No septic or basement worries on this particular property, ML. It doesn't have either one. Got my own property-specific list handy, though, and I agree that this is the time to ask.
