NEXT SEMINAR

Hi Journal,
My local support group holds regular seminars throughout the year, the next one, later this month, will be presented by my ex Parkinson's Nurse Specialist, Nurse Janet.
The title of this seminar is, "Non Motor Symptoms".
Nurse Janet, with her vast knowledge and experience, will speaking about, apathy, depression, pain and other non motor aspects of Parkinson's Condition.
It is from these seminars that I have become informed, and gained knowledge and knowhow, on the dealing and management of Parkinson's. This has served  me well over the years.
It is also an opportune time to catch up on my peers from other support groups. We usually gather for tea and coffee afterwards.
Tomorrow I will be attending our regular monthly  meeting of my  own local support group. We will be planning, suggesting and discussing events for the year ahead..
One event already penned in is, our yearly Twilight Sailing, at PERTH Yacht Club. We are invited every year by the good folk of the yacht club, to share and join with them in that which is always, as it turns out, such a great night. I am looking forward to this event held on Wed 20 FEB.
I am reliably informed that our singing sessions are to restart next week, as our yoga class is now in full swing, we're heading into a busy time. Best way to be, I wouldn't want it any other way.
