news of my knee and anckle

well im still swelling infact i lost most of my range of motion  on that leg cuz of the swelling
the pain tho ihink is not as bad tho only cuzm use to it now so yeaaaah stil pretty bad but
i dont feel so emotinal in a dark place thx to my friends helping me throo the brunt of the that of wich they could do
id love it if i could find a way to stop this from happening w/ as little time consuming as possie if notossible then its ok aswell ulstametly inee somthini can stop this from happening
