new me!!!!

so it's almost been one full year since i've self injured and since i've been in the hospital.....i'm working out....not excessively....i can work out a few times a week....it makes sense to do it after work...so i think i'll do it on thursdays, saturdays and then another day in the week....like sunday or friday....sunday might be better than 3 days in a row...we'll see.....right now i walk for 20 minutes and then i bike for 10...in honor of changing my lifestyle-for the good and being healthy-i'm gonna chop off my hair.....make it chin length or shorter....it'll be nice and different.....i want a new look for the "new me"....i'm not changing who i am or who i'm gonna be, but i'm create an image for this new person that i'm gonna love :)
