Keep in mind that the interferon, may show sides for 36 hours.
Drink a lot of water, it will help subside the sides, even in the evening, when you wake up drink water.
If you are not alergic to the peanut butter, then when you feel sick with some sides, you may want to eat a toast with peanut butter, that too may subside the side effect of the meds.
If you don\'t work during your therapy, when you get tired, take a nap. Listen to your body.
The key to lessen the sides, is to drink lots of water, and rest when needed.
