New Years Evening 1/1/2014
Overall today wasn't too bad. Mentally I'm ok but a bit down because of the chronic pain and the awful weather ahead with snow and below zero temps. Whatever it's not like I would be going out much anyway but it would be nice to have the option.
The chronic pain isn't too bad today but it's still here so that's depressing as last night at like 2am I swear I almost felt normal. That's why I don't bother getting my hopes up. If one day it goes away then great but until then it's hour by hour.
It's back to work tomorrow and back to shoveling snow...fun. At least I did some extra work on my so called vacation so I'm not too far behind.
I'm not looking forward to next week as I have my pain doc appointment Tuesday and I have to go to the office Wednesday and they are calling for below zero temps. Hate this time of year.
Oh well at least I'm not jumping out of my skin like I was a few weeks ago. Baby steps.
