New Years Day

I had a good day today. I hope Geo and I can work out our issues. I don't see my therapist until Friday. Someone pointed out that even if Geo is verbally abusive I have to also consider how much he supports me. I haven't been in the hospital for 3 and a half years. Today when I was just resting in bed he came in and cuddled. I cherish those moments. I really think 2016 is going to be my year. I have a good start and I'm feeling optimistic about it.
