New to this; our daughter is cutting

I found this website today, I was relieved to find other families who may be going thru this but now I'm skeptical as I look at the date of the post.  Our daughter is 13 and I've known since August about the cutting.  She is on anti-depressants and is seeing a pediatric psychiatrist as well as a counsellor at school. She has depression and anxiety and its tough getting her to talk to me or anyone about what she's feeling.  I would like to know what the triggers are as well as coping skills for her and us.  I would be good to talk to others going through this too.
