I've never journaled but I have heard there are so many benefits to it! I think this will be a good way to track my moods and help me identify what is working for me, and what might not be working.
I would say my level of anxiety has been extremely low the past few days, despite having had an exam and a paper due, plus another one of each of those coming up this week. Following a pretty significant panic attack two weeks ago, I decided to make a conscious effort to take an active role in managing my anxiety...for my own wellbeing and also because it was taking a toll on my relationship with my boyfriend. I have added more activities into my schedule that I know help decrease my anxiety, including exercise, listening to music, spending time with my friends, and now this! I have also decreased time spent in activities that I know contribute to worrying and anxiety, such as the browsing the explore page on instagram for way too long. I am currently working on being able to better process through thoughts and feelings with myself, without needing constant reassurance from my significant other. I think I have been doing well so far and I am excited to see improvements from my efforts!
I'm excited to be a part of this community!
