New to Group and need help

I'm very scared at the moment. Pain ive been dealing with for the past half of year has been excruciating. Im at the point of no hope. Im naturally a bubbly happy person. But with endometriosis and being on a Lupron treatment im not myself. I need help. I lost my job due to the pain and not functioning and trying to be ok. I want my life back. I'm in hope to recive more insight and hope for those who are undergoing this challenge. Thank you all! Much love
