New State

Hello everyone,

We're in a new place now.  I thought I would love it here but... not as much as I thought.  I'm sure thing will get better once we're settled in.  I can see us being very happy here.  We'll never be perfect but at least we're over the initial part of that obstacle.
It wont stay in the past, he says he thinks about it sometimes and still gets mad.  He brings it up sometimes, too.  I wish he'd just stop.  He jokes about it like it's funny.  It's not funny.  Or we'll be having a secret conversation no one knows about, where he's reminding me about it.  It's something I regret and I hate thinking about it.
Though I hate thinking about it, I've probably stalked his Facebook profile 2 or 3 times in the last month.  I guess, just out of curiosity.  Wondering if he's sad.  In a way, I want him to be sad.  I saw a message from a girl on his wall.  I felt jealous, but I shook that feeling off.  I'm glad he's seeing people.
At the new job that I'm at, there's this guy who's a whole lot like "The Face".  Not as cute but still, similar personalities.  Don't worry, I've learned my lesson of "The Dangers of Flirting".  If I didn't learn my lesson, I would be flirting hard core with this man.  He reminds me not to flirt.  FLIRTING IS DANGEROUS.  Considering I'm the only female on my shift, I'm glad I have that reminder because I'm constantly getting flirted with.
Anyway, It's cake to stay focused on my husband and kids.  I get humor out of everything and anyone else.   I love my husband and can see us growing old together.

Roxy, thanks for the update.

Glad you are doing well.

Yeah, it\'s smart to go easy on the flirting.

Big hugs.

Hi Roxy! Glad for the up date. I know it won\'t stay in the past and I think that\'s because it is part of the present. It just is. We still talk about it and we joke about it sometimes too. I hate talking about it in some ways, because it hurts, but I have always been careful not to make him feel like he shouldn\'t bring it up. I think it\'s important for us both to feel free to say what\'s on our mind. I guess it\'s just part of the consequences. I\'m glad you are resisting flirting. Yes, we really did learn that lesson the hard way.
