New Start
I am in the process of getting the "all clear" to have the bariatric sleeve procedure. After dealing with my weight for 20 years my body is telling me it's tired and something needs to change!
All started when I was enjoying a relaxing massage but was unable to get up off the table when finished due to an SI joint problem and three bulging/degenerated disks in my lower back. It scared the crap out of me not being able to stand or walk. Was forced to sleep in a recliner for a month as I could not sit up out of bed without severe pain. With therapy I'm mobile now but still hurts to move sometimes.
I don't want this to be my life for the next 50+ years (God willing). Recently married (6 months now) and I want to be the best person I can be to enjoy the years with my husband. It's time for a new start!
