New Pills and Off to DC

Hello Community,
Last month I started to have aches in my shoulders.  This interfered with my sleep.  I saw my DR and she prescribed Tramadol which has alleviated the ache/pain.  I suppose that I am "progressing".  Over all I feel fine and remain positive.
The weather in Chicago is becoming cooler which will negatively affect my walks.  I need to design a new workout plan...probably more Wii work and dancing.
Tomorrow my wife and I are taking the train to Washington DC.  We enjoy our train trips.  We always get a sleeper compartment and enjoy watching the countryside roll by. And...No TSA!!! It is really interesting what people will tell you about themselves in the dining car.

How wonderful... I have been wanting to take a nice long train trip for a while n now... This time of year seeing the countryside roll by will be spectacular... and the no TSA is the best part.. my husband and I just went to RI and because i have an artificial knee I beep... at midway I got the most humliating pat down possibly... then on the way back had to have one of those body scans... makes train travel sound wonderful at this point lol...Have a wonderful time... and glad the tramadol is working for you...

Good to hear that the tramadol is working good for you. My wife is also on tramadol, and it\'s done a good job for about 18 months. Enjoy your trip to DC. The train ride sounds wonderful.
