I've decided to change my PCP. He took a week to respond to a question I had about my meds, and I spoke to two of his reps on Mon and Tues. Last week, I waited for over two hours after my fasting labs for his nurse to check my bloodpressure, starving! When I went up to the desk twice, I was questioned about having an appointment and scolded for standing in the wrong line---uhh---it was the appointment line, which I had. I had a half day sub, but I had to text my admin to get my Per. 4 covered, too. What a waste of a morning! I felt so dismissed, ignored, and disrespected. Most of my labs were normal, except for cholesterol.

Hugs my friend. When I go for a fasting blood test, I bring an english muffin with an egg and a banana. I am on insulin so I bring that too. The wait is not acceptable. I would change Dr. Or get them to schedule you a week later.
Thanks---I changed to a closer one, an MD not OD. My first one dismissed me two years ago when I was first not feeling right. He said my abdominal pain was an anxiety attack before he ordered labwork.
