New nut Dr. YAY!!!
I think I'm coming up for air and finally in process of getting over myself enough to ask for help and accept it when it is right in front of me. It's tough giving over my sense of control to others, but I sure messed things up on my own at times.
I am now seeing a phychytrist, I guess he has an m.d and a psyc degree. Getting things dialed in and He listens without trying to "fix" me, asks my opinion and what I want for my treatment.. What a breath of fresh air.
I was diagnosed with ADHD years ago and managed with chaos in my head. Having ms and adhd is sure challenging then add on top of it immobilizing depression and anxiety. Feeling a little like a nut job. Well, alot like a nut job!!!!!!! I have told people for years that psych meds are just as important as heart medication and there is nothing to be ashamed of. I'm such a hypocrite!!!! Take the damn drugs and get over it!!!!!!

Ah Samona! I am oh so glad that you are feeling confidence in the abilities of your New Doc! Control is such an illusion, isnt it?. I think, it\'s based out of fear. And then the more we ponder that which we fear, the more we make efforts to control, People, Places & Things....(remember, i know you know this :) )
Here, now! I can feel my Big Sister Talk comin\' on............. Self talk, is SOOO Important! And I just dont really approve of the way You are Talking about my New Friend! You gotta cut My Girl some slack here!! Isn\'t amazing how we talk to OURSELF in such disparaging ways--I mean we would NEVER dream of speaking to someone else that way!! And Yet, you and I both know--Gotta have that Love for yourself FIRST, before anyone else!
