New month new goals

My lying has been under control to say the least. This new month means I have to continue the same level of work to tell the truth and keep sticking to the journailing. 

I can't slack off at all. My newer goals are to control my impulses and thoughts when I am bored at home. Boredom allows me to do things I don't normally do. 

I have to say focused and keep going and to fight the urges.

No lies today.
