I am new to Daily strength. I lost my wife to cancer on Oct 2014. She was diagnosed in 2008
The reality of her being gone forever is very hard to accept. We met at age 16 and were married for 46 years. Most of the people on this site are the only ones who really understand the emptiness and the pain associated with our loss. This is a very difficult time

I\'m so sorry for your loss. I understand your pain and heartbreak. I lost my husband of 34 years in July. Some days are bearable and some not.
