New meds, trying to be hopeful.

I went to the doctor today. I'm up 31 lbs since I was there in September.  Since I know I lost more in September after being at the doc, It's closer to 40 lbs since septermber.  That is a lot of weight in that short amount of time.  I think the anitideprssants just had stopped working and there I was. stuck in my own private Idaho.
I took meds so I am really out of it.  Good thing I'm going to bed soon.
I can't keep my eyes open and my thoughts focused.  I'm worse than usual. I hope for good dreams and an attempt to keep my stuff together.  Or gather it together.  I've got to call the bus to cancel for son's preschool program and stuff.  Blah.
