New DS programme

Wonder if anyone else now pretty cut off from DS without the mailbox updates?
May be time to wean off anyway.  Maybe once I reach goal weight as I feel while it is up here I will be a little stricter with myself.  Cant do the maths and not at all sure about fiddling with the progress bar which didnt seem to work just now!
Wondering how my friends are.  Horrible fronts coming through here so a bit sore but otherwise life being good.  Just had an arts festival in my town and went to lots of things although a couple of the talks about climate and the world crisis ahead a bit of a wake up call.
