New department

Tonight when I go in, I'll be going to freezer. They need help over there and overtime is possible. Right now, I think I'll let my back fall off.

Not sure what you mean by "let my back fall off" but I am glad you got a job even it this turns out to be not your favorite job ever. I am sure they need good workers like you are.

I agree with Hasty....In my humble opinion, Ibprofen is the best pain medicine they ever invented. Take for the back if it doesn't bother your stomach.

My super said I'm nice and get along with everyone. I worked with so many different kinds of people that I can relate to and change how I'm viewed to create a better work environment for whoever I'm working with which creates a better environment for all.

Narcissistic a-holes is my weakest link. My dad was that way and so many friends and acquaintances has been that way. I dont have much tolerance for them. I'm one of those rare personalities.

My back falling off is basically it hurts so bad that it's going to need removed. It gets a little easier each day though.

For pain, ibuprofen usually don't work even at a high dose. I typically need a prescription narcotic. I do smoke bud at times. That seems to get my body pretty loose. It's legal for medical here but there's laws keeping dispensaries from operating.

Our governor is Republican, but a former democrat. She's passing laws that is getting that system legal and operating. She's retiring this year so let's hope the new governor will continue her agenda.

I would talk to your doctor about getting an anti inflammatory for 2 weeks or take at least ibuprofen or something in that drug class for a few days to reduce inflammation even if it isn’t directly changing pain when you take it. I find them more helpful if I take them right away when I feel pain or expect pain or anticipate worsening pain. Make sure you’re stretching everyday.
Stretching legs especially.
