New addition, brand new spot
This HS just don't stop. I now have a new monster in a brand new spot, all over again. This time nestled snugly in my right inner thigh. Right now it's just sore like a bruise, and there is a definite lump, but thankfully it has not gone "postal" on me just yet. Just the fact that it is there like it is is enough for me at this point. It's like every time I turn around I have a new one popping up somewhere or one of my old ones is deciding to flare like hell. I know the majority of it is coming from stress. From dealing with my mother in law, to finding out part of my family is in town (but not bothering to stop by and see my kids, to hell with me, they should at least keep in contact with my kids) and that my cousin has apparently fallen back into heroin use, to dealing with DHS trying to get my medicaid, and having to schedule my daughter for an appt to find out if she has lupus, it's a wonder I haven't taken my brain out to play with it yet. XD
But that does have me worried terribly, to think my 14 year old daughter may not only have Asperger's but to also have lupus. For the past several months, she has been coming home from school completely exhausted, basically falling right asleep as soon as she comes home, she has all these spots from her shoulders to the back of her upper legs, that you would think was acne, but it's obviously not as no acne meds her derm has prescribed has even touched them, and constantly complaining of joint pain. It scares me because my mother in law has lupus, and I see what she goes through with it, and it is not pretty.
This is just another thing. This too you will get through, seems to have become my mantra lately. Friends ask me "How do you do it?"..I ask.."How can I not?" It's not like I have a choice, surrender has never been one of my qualities, and I'm just too damn hard headed for that kind of route. XP

I am sooo sorry you are continueing to battle with all this. It\'s really no wonder the HS is bad the stress around you is monumental. I cant imagine what you are going through. I am always astounded by the strength one can muster when faced with the unthinkable. I am proud of you and your strength that you continue to show in the face of adversity. You have such broad shoulders and you are burdened by some really heavy things right now but remember there is one footprint in the sand when he is carrying you. May you continually be comforted in the arms of your savior. Please know you are never alone, he can see your needs and may they all be met by the grace of god!!! You deserve all the blessings in the world! Love you! I have officially added your family to my prayer list too. hopefully his will will be apparent enough and she will be healed by the hands of god!
ditto to what Amber said. You are an amazing woman. You are in my prayers every day. I hope that your daughter does not have lupus. I love you girlfriend.
I love you both so much, you are both such wonderful and supportive women, I could not ask for better friends. I wished we lived closer to each other. I count my blessings everyday that I found this site, and met you gals, and that you are the wonderful women that you are. As they say, \"this too shall pass\" I just try to keep that in mind, most misery only lasts as long as you allow it to, and will only continue if you \"wallow\" in it. Thank you both so much, I love you both so much words really don\'t do it justice.
Hope things start to become easier for u. Maybe your daughter\'s health issue will be something simple. Lord knows autism isn\'t simple! Hang in there!
Now you\'ve done it, you made me cry. Also wish we lived close. That would be so great. I try not to wallow, however, that is where I am right now. How is it possible to feel so close to someone you have never met in person? I am truly amazed by my feelings for some of the people here. xoxoxo Hope the AC is turned on. lol
I didn\'t want you crying Colleenie! :( And I know all too well about trying not to wallow and just not quite making it some days, we all have them. As to your other question, I don\'t know, I just know I am closer to you and Amber and a few other folks here than I am with many of my other family members. I guess it is because we truly care about one another.
Thank you couggenny, I\'m hoping she doesn\'t have lupus, that would just add to the stress, and she understands she has Asperger\'s and truthfully she wears it like a badge of pride, that she is different than everyone else. Much love to you all ladies and I hope that things are well for you and that you all are as pain free as you can be today.
It is amazing how someone can walk into you life and change you and only be here on DS. I think part of why we are so close is bc we know all the nitty gritty and dont care bc we just want to be there for you as you are there for our nitty gritty. I know life seems unfair and your pile is still growing as we pray for relief but I think in the face of adversity we find out who our real riends are. Just know that as our knees are weak from being on them so long there is a answer we just can\'t always see it yet. There will be a miracle for each and every one of us!!! Love you and Colleenie. Some of the very best friends I have!
Amber
