new job
i used to work for this crappy company the was run by poor managers. the experience added to my stress for close to four years. the company shut down b/c of poor management. i met these folks the day before we shut down. they called me the same day and asked if i would i like to work for their company. they said they were impress with me. i thought i collect unemployment and chill out from the experience of working for the former company. i actually was excited that the former company was going to have to pay for my unemployment. i took the new job b/c i did not want to collect unemployment if i did not have to. the new job is actually working out well - knock knock on wood. it is in a beautiful place. there is this amazing park two blocks away i can walk to. the museum i am a member of is across the street. the museum is even connected to a symphony hall. i purchased some tickets to an up coming symphony. i speak to everyone even if they don't want to speak to me. the area is full of people with extra money and may think they are better than some but that is okay. no one is better than anyone. we are all the same just in different situations. i learned alot from the past experience. i'm not going to let rude people get to me. you know this yoga has really calmed me alot. i'm reading this book: the slumber of christianity. i read: [God] goes to unthinkable lengths to find those who will allow him to love them (p. 115, 2nd lP). i thought about everything i have been through from childhood to now - i'm still here. i'm still here for a purpose. it is Him that i thank every day for his protection, patience, and understanding. that is God's love. He wants us to trust in him. it's hard but we must practice at loving all of our neighbors.
